Consultation with Architect, Owner and Developer during preliminary and final planning stages
Preparation of furnishings plan based on final architectural design and color scheme
Prepare furniture floor plans and budget lists for project application submission
Selection and acquisition of furniture, artwork, window treatments, table lighting, accessories, game rooms, exercise rooms, etc.
On-site coordination for delivery and placement of furnishings and accessories
