Testimonials
Monarch Development Group
“Superior Housing Environments is more than capable to completely “run the show” for interior design at our multifamily properties, taking a theme/direction given and selecting all of the furnishings in alignment with it. However, their greatest strength is the ability to masterfully balance the selection of furnishings between the qualities which optimally serve their client - attractive, long-lasting, and in-budget.”
Brandon R. Johnson, Vice-President of Development of Monarch Development Group, LLC, repeat client

“We could not be happier with the look and feel of our projects once Sue and Betsy complete the interior design. Whether it’s warm and cozy or vibrant and lively, they always capture our vision while providing quality products that fit our budget.

FAQs
How do we get started?
We use architectural plans to design a furniture layout to fit your common spaces. We work with the architect and developer to suit the needs of the building design and the finishes that have been selected to make a cohesive design and comfortable setting. We will submit an itemized proposal for approval.
Can I pick out fabrics or do you?
You can have as much or as little input as you choose. Some clients like to pick out fabrics, furniture styles and wood finishes. Some trust us completely and prefer a hands-off approach, choosing to see the end result. Many are in between, wanting to see and approve what we’ve chosen, and usually loving our first choices.
How do you work with the budget?
You give us your budget upfront to work out a plan. Very often we create a furniture placement for “in a perfect world” that may be over the PHFA budget with suggestions of the areas that need furnishing the most and what could be cut.
How does billing work?
Once the furnishing plan has been approved, we issue a bill for a down payment to cover the up front costs. Once we receive that payment, we will order the custom furnishings. We will schedule a delivery date and on that scheduled date we deliver and set up the furnishings. When the client is satisfied with everything, we send a final invoice for the balance.
